A paintings exhibition from the spanish artist Domingo Millán is opened

On Saturday 6th inst. was held the opening of the exhibition from the Valencian artist, residing in Barcelona, Domingo Millán. Very many people attended this exhibition including very important people from the cultural and diplomatic world, and also journalists.

The exhibitions will remain opened until next November 6th, at 2850 Alemany Boulevard (Tuesday closed).

José Bernardo Pacheco’s photographs illustrate some of the aspects of this important exhibition from the painter Domingo Millán who exhibited in Barcelona together with the greater masters of this century: Pablo Picasso and Joan Miró. The paintins exhibited realte to the period 1985-89, the two essential stages of his artistic career are emphasized thereon by the artist: the symbolism represented by his reputed character "Harlequin" and the still lives enrolled in the new forefront imagination prevailing in the present trend of European painting.
